How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll get an email with a tracking link. You can also check your account order history.
Can I change my order after placing it?
If it hasn’t shipped yet, contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to update it.
How long does shipping take?
Orders usually ship within 1–2 business days. Delivery times depend on your location.
What is your return policy?
You can return unused items within 30 days of delivery. Start a return from your order confirmation email.

Do I need any coding knowledge?
No. Every section is added and customized inside Shopify's own theme editor.
What happens after my trial ends?
Sections you've added stay visible on your store. They lock, they don't disappear. Subscribe to unlock everything again, or buy just the sections you actually used.
Will it slow down my store?
Lightweight by default. Visual Block ships scoped CSS and JS with no page-builder runtime, so you replace bloated apps instead of stacking them.
Does it work with my current theme?
Yes. Visual Block adds to your existing Shopify 2.0 theme. It doesn't replace or rebuild it. You keep working in the native Theme Editor.
