We made the first batch in 2021 because everything on the shelf asked for eleven minutes and six steps. Ours takes ninety seconds. Four products, and we've turned down every idea for a fifth.

Our first bag was a repair. A friend's leather satchel, split at the strap, restitched on a kitchen table in Paris. Nine years later we still make them one at a time, and we still repair anything we've sold.

Two of us needed glasses in 2019 and hated every frame in the shop. We drew eleven shapes, made nine, and kept four. The other five are in a drawer and they stay there.
